A Crows junior side of Benji, Hayden, Jude and Henry, alongside Matilda, Lottie and Eddie remained unbeaten and finished joint top at the Lingfield Junior Fest. Playing four 15 minute matches they gained two wins and two score draws. The side were missing a number of regulars but soon adapted to their new team mates. Managed by Nathan, they played a passing game that was commended by the opposition.
On hand to umpire the tournament were Jake, Sophia, Brett, Andy and Vicky; all of whom were impressed with the play and their positive attitudes.
Across town the Girls 12s and unders were competing well at Brambletye. They pulled off two excellent wins against Horsham Twos and Threes and played four more tight encounters. John stood in as manager on the day and found an excellent balance for the side. Matilda, Lottie and Sally were all on the scoresheet in a great team effort.
